Design

At curbside, the 2012 C-Class seduces with its windswept profile, compact proportions and powerful lines. Under the hood sits your choice of a 302-horsepower 3.5-liter V-6 or a 201-horsepower 1.8-liter turbocharged inline-four engine - both featuring direct-injection technology that helps deliver coupe-worthy performance with remarkable fuel economy. Output is channeled through the sophisticated 7G-TRONIC 7-speed automatic transmission, which adapts to individual driving styles for smooth and efficient power delivery. Responsive handling comes courtesy of a standard AGILITY CONTROL suspension that automatically adjusts damping to help improve stability when cornering at speed or reacting quickly to the unexpected.

Interior

Open the door of the all-new 2012 C-Class Coupe and you'll find a meticulously crafted cockpit designed for driving enjoyment. The C300 Sport Sedan is a powerhouse on the road, achieving 60 mph in 7.1 seconds with a 3 liter V6 engine producing 228 horsepower. It comes with a 6-speed short-throw manual transmission or a 7-speed automatic transmission, whatever your racing preference! And the C300 Sport Sedan is amazingly lightweight and compact, truly a racing experienced when harnessed with all that power in the engine.

The Sedan comes with sporty rear wheel drive or 4MATIC all-wheel drive, which ensures that power is evenly distributed among only those wheels with grip. 4MATIC all-wheel drive can help keep the vehicle moving and under control even if only one wheel has traction. 4MATIC or 4 Wheel, it’s your choice.

The C300 Sport Sedan comes with an AGILITY CONTROL suspension system, with an amplitude-dependent damping system that adjusts dampers based on the surface of the road and the driver’s current driving style for every wheel – individually, automatically – for high stability, superb ride comfort, and maximum control. The C300 Sport Sedan boasts firmer coil springs and shock absorbers, as well as a lowered ride height, for sharper handling response and a more aggressive stance.

When you first look at the aggressively styled and athletic 2010 C300 Sport Sedan, you notice the wide, slotted grille with the Three-Pointed Star, an icon of Mercedes-Benz. This difference in tire width fine-tunes control when accelerating or maneuvering.

The sound-optimized exhaust has polished chrome tips and LED tail lamps, giving you brighter than traditional incandescent bulbs and quicker illumination. With 12.4 cubic feet of space, the trunk of the C300 Sport Sedan provides ample room for your groceries, golf clubs, or luggage.
When sitting inside the interior of the C300, it’s all about controlling the performance and power of the vehicle. In the cockpit, the 8-way power sport seat can be adjusted to your comfort level to reach the rubber-studded aluminum pedals and the multifunction, leather steering wheel. You will find the shifter and central controller in the main console along with the Bluetooth interface and navigation system. The Sport Details on this model are definitely worth noting. Modern aluminum trim outfits the interior of the vehicle along with elegant leather.
